At Arizai by Atiya, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items and custom/made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
• Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags intact.
• We recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: As all pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in colour and finish are part of the artisan nature of our products and are not considered defects.
